We had an appalling first night, as we were moved to a different hotel without prior notice. However, the manager at Krishna Niwas apologized and made up for it by providing a cozy corner Lakeview room for the rest of our stay. The room was clean and warm, with a great view. The staff were friendly and polite, and the breakfast was sufficient. despite the initial setback, I would recommend this hotel.

The location was really good , close to all the tourist spots. the staff were nice and helpful with planning our New Year's Eve celebration in the city. They also provided us with complimentary snacks and drinks in our room. the rooftop was the best part , we had a great view of the fireworks and the city skyline.

The room was very small and the bathroom was not clean. There was a lingering unpleasant smell in the room.
